Navigate to the Forwood ID Portal:

Select the 'Forgot Password' button. This will navigate to a reset password page.

NOTE: This instruction is not intended for users who are using Single Sign On (SSO).

Enter your Username or E-mail address, then click on 'Send Code'.

A reset password email will be sent to your email address.

NOTE: You will see a notification stating, 'A code has been sent to your email address'. The email header will be 'Forwood ID Password Reset Code'.

Return to your Forwood ID browser window:

Enter the code from your email into the field titled 'Code', and then enter a new password under the 'New Password' field, and repeat this password in the 'Confirm Password' field.

Once you have entered all three (3) fields:

Select the Submit button. This will return you to the initial login page.

NOTE: A notification in the right hand corner will confirm that your password has been reset. Enter your username or E-mail address and your new password then click the Log on button. This will give you access to the Forwood ID Portal with a reset password.
