Activating the CRM Mobile App

Activate: Follow these steps in Forwood ID, and the Mobile App on your device.

Log in to Forwood Portal.

Click on the Icon with your initial, located at top right of the navigation bar.

Select My Profile option

NOTE: The My Profile page is where you can change your account settings such as email address, language, job role and generate a DAC.

Click Generate DAC button. This will generate a device activation code (DAC) or QR Code for the CRM Mobile App.

NOTE: DAC is unique and cannot be reused. You will need a new DAC for each mobile app activation.

On Mobile Device:

  1. Enter the DAC generated from Forwood Portal and click on Setup Device or,

  2. Scan QR Code.
