Create Team - User profile

The Create Team page allows a user to create Hierarchical, User, Contractor Team and Contractor Company.

It is important to ensure that the correct team option is selected in the Team Type box (see screenshot below).

IMPORTANT: The fields on this page will vary depending on which Team Type is selected.

To create a new user team, follow the below steps:

NOTE: All fields with an asterix (*) are mandatory.

1. Team Type: Select the team type USER from dropdown options.

2. Parent Team: Select the Parent of the team should be assigned to. Once you type keyword the related company dropdown options will appear.

3. Team Name: Provide a unique name for the team.

4. Team Owner: Choose the owner responsible for the team.

5. Team Members: Search and add members to the team.

6. Status: Allows the user to change the team status (ACTIVE, BLOCKED). Defaults to ACTIVE.

7. Create DAC: For a User Team, select Create Team DAC to automatically create a DAC for the Team.

8. Save or Cancel: Click Save to confirm the update or Cancel to exit without changes.

On save, the user will be returned to the Teams list view, and the new team will be visible in the list.
